The single family housing market has been busy in 2019 thanks to lower than expected interest rates throughout much of the year. We expect more of the same in 2020, but there are new federal changes (watch our most recent video on the federal home loan limit changes effective Jan 1st, 2020) and some things to lookout for next year.

Although many experts have said throughout the year that a mild recession is possible next year, the economy has more recently showed signs of progress. Hard, statistical numbers is what we study and pay attention to, not the fear-mongering based news media.
