Freaky FridayThe road has developed a reputation for being the source of strange experiences and hauntings. It's one of the Top Haunted Roads in the world named "Mt. Misery Road", and is a short road located on the north shore of Long Island in NY. It's said that a mental asylum built in the 1700s on or near Mount Misery Road was supposedly burnt to the ground by a patient who killed herself in the fire. It is also said that there are houses hidden in the woods nearby.

The single family housing market has been busy in 2019 thanks to lower than expected interest rates throughout much of the year. We expect more of the same in 2020, but there are new federal changes (watch our most recent video on the federal home loan limit changes effective Jan 1st, 2020) and some things to lookout for next year.

Although many experts have said throughout the year that a mild recession is possible next year, the economy has more recently showed signs of progress. Hard, statistical numbers is what we study and pay attention to, not the fear-mongering based news media.

We used to volunteer with “Phoenix Renews” Community gardening projects on this land. Times have certainly changed. The planned 1 BILLION dollar development named "The Central Park, calls for more than 2 million sq feet of development on the 15 acre lot that borders Steele Indian School Park. It will feature apartments, condominiums, office space, a retirement community and 170,000 square feet of retail. The developer hopes to begin construction within 24 months. This is major news for central Phoenix!
